Donna Shannon, Founder and CEODonna Shannon, President and Chief Executive Officer

Author, speaker and teacher Donna Shannon comes from an eight-year background in Human Resources and Recruiting.  Working in the diverse industries of broadcasting and private service, Donna gained experience both as a corporate recruiter and an outside placement recruiter.

Donna launched Coyote Visions for a simple reason: she was sick of cutting valuable candidates based on their lack of knowledge on how the hiring game works.  In 2004, she began teaching comprehensive workshops to cover every aspect of the employment process. Donna continues to teach classes throughout the Denver metro area, as well as having taught workshops in Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco. 

In 2005, Donna became the Placement Specialist at the Starkey International Institute for Household Management in Denver.  On a daily basis, Donna crafted resumes for the graduates seeking placement, completely revising and updating Starkey’s professional presentations.   Donna left Starkey in 2007 to pursue other career paths, but never forgot the passion for helping those who serve in the domestic/ household staffing industry.  Donna is one of the few resume writers in the United States that understands the unique nature and art of the private service resume.

In November 2009, Donna released “Get a Job Without Going Crazy: a Practical Guide to Your Employment Search,” which is available on Amazon.com, the Coyote Visions store, and at the Tattered Coverlocations in Denver. Additionally, Donna writes a regular internet column for the Examiner.com at JobSearchExaminer.com.

 

Ryan Shannon, Chief Operations Officer

Ryan joined the Coyote Visions team in 2009, bringing expertise logistics, distribution and customer service through his nine years of corporate experience at Johns Manville in Englewood, CO. In addition to addressing customer concerns, Ryan handles the internet marketing and logistics for Coyote Visions’ books and services.
